Built for Tutors, Not Retrofitted
Without Mentevo
- Managing schedules in a paper notebook or phone calendar
- Collecting fees via cash with no tracking — "I already paid last month"
- Parents messaging at midnight asking about homework and grades
- No way to track student progress over time across subjects
- Billing disputes every month — no receipts, no records
- No professional online presence — students find you by word of mouth only
With Mentevo
- Digital session calendar with automated SMS and WhatsApp reminders
- Online billing via AlexBank and Paymob (Visa, Mastercard, Egyptian wallets) — more gateways (Vodafone Cash, Egypt e-wallets) on the roadmap, with automatic receipt generation
- Parent portal with login — parents see grades, attendance, and homework themselves
- Grades, attendance, and homework all tracked automatically with progress reports
- Digital payment records with receipts — no more disputes, ever
- Professional booking page ready in 10 minutes — share the link and get new students
