Multi-Tenant SaaS
Run Many Academies on One Platform — Without the Mess
Each academy gets isolated data, custom branding, independent billing, and its own admin team — running on one shared, hardened infrastructure. Built for franchises, training networks, and white-label resellers.
Strict tenant isolation
Every database query is automatically scoped by tenantId at the ORM layer. Cross-tenant data leaks are categorically impossible — not just policy, enforced by code.
Subdomain or custom domain
Each tenant lives at academy.mentevo.io OR their own example.com. Both routes share the same backend. Both get SSL automatically.
Independent billing per tenant
Each academy has its own subscription, plan, payment method, and invoice history. Network operators see a roll-up across all tenants.
Per-tenant admin teams
Each academy invites its own admins, instructors, and support staff with role-based permissions. Network operators can be granted super-admin across all tenants.
Per-tenant theming
One tenant in teal, another in indigo, another in their own custom palette. Theme cascades to every page including admin and learner.
Operator dashboard
Network-level metrics: total revenue across all tenants, growth per tenant, churn signals, infrastructure usage. Drill into any tenant from one screen.
Frequently asked questions
How is multi-tenant pricing structured?
Enterprise plans price per-tenant with volume discounts. Get in touch with sales for a quote tailored to your network size.
Can I move data between tenants?
By default no — tenant isolation is strict. For approved cases (e.g. consolidating two sister academies) our team performs a manual migration.
What happens if one tenant has a usage spike?
Per-tenant rate limits and quota caps prevent any one tenant from degrading others. Pgbouncer + queue isolation keep the rest of the network responsive.
Is this the same as white-label?
Related but different. White-label is one tenant rebranding as their own. Multi-tenant is many tenants running on one network operator. Most reseller setups combine both.
