Per-tenant data isolation
Every Mentevo query is automatically scoped to your tenant. Encryption keys are derived per-tenant via HKDF; a compromise of one tenant can’t leak data from another.
Frequently asked questions
Is white-label available on every plan?
Custom domain is available from Growth plan and above. Full brand customization (logo, colors, fonts) is available on every plan including Starter.
How long does custom domain setup take?
DNS propagation is the longest step — usually 5 minutes to a few hours depending on your registrar. Mentevo issues SSL automatically once DNS resolves; no manual cert work needed.
Can I remove the "Powered by Mentevo" footer?
Yes — on Enterprise. Starter, Growth and Pro keep a small footer attribution.
Will my students know it’s Mentevo underneath?
Not unless you tell them. On Enterprise, every URL, page, and email goes through your domain. The only place Mentevo appears is your own billing page when paying us.
