Accept Every Way MENA Customers Pay
Egyptian wallets for mobile money. Visa, Mastercard & local cards across MENA. Visa, Mastercard & Apple Pay for international. Mada cards & local wallets for Gulf markets. Multi-currency at the cart, single ledger underneath.
A student is ready to buy — then you ask for a card they don’t own
Most MENA learners don’t hold an international card. They pay with a mobile wallet, a Mada card, or Vodafone Cash. If your checkout only takes international cards, you’re turning away your most ready-to-buy customer — at the very last step.
The fix isn’t a better payment provider — it’s letting everyone pay the way they already pay.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own merchant account before I can accept Egyptian payments?
Yes — Mentevo doesn’t hold funds on your behalf. You create your own Egyptian merchant account, enter the API keys in your Mentevo settings, and we route every Egyptian checkout through your account directly.
Which payment methods should I enable first?
For Egypt: mobile wallets and local cards first, then add more card options for higher card volume. For Saudi: Mada cards and local wallets. For international: Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
How is settlement currency tracked per order?
Each order records the display currency (what the buyer saw), the charge currency (what the payment provider processed), and the settlement currency the provider actually deposited. The FX rate used is frozen at checkout for audit purposes.
Can I refund through Mentevo?
Yes. Full and partial refunds are issued from your order detail page and trigger the matching refund call to whichever payment provider processed the charge.
