Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
For high-volume sending (>1,000/day) yes. For smaller academies, Mentevo runs a hardened Baileys-based session sender that connects to your existing WhatsApp number. Both paths use the same automation builder.
How does STOP opt-out work?
Inbound messages are scanned for STOP / إيقاف / unsubscribe keywords. When detected, the recipient is added to the suppression list and an immediate confirmation is sent. They won’t receive any further messages from any automation.
What happens if my WhatsApp session disconnects?
Mentevo auto-reconnects up to 3 times. If it fails, queued messages stay queued and your admins get an alert email. No messages are lost.
Can I send broadcast campaigns to all students?
Yes — define an audience filter (e.g. "students enrolled in Course X who haven’t logged in for 14 days"), pick a template, and schedule. Daily cap enforced automatically.
